Nursery Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire Salary: £100 - £105 per day Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted partner nursery settings in Lutterworth for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

You'll become an important member of a friendly and supportive Early Years team, helping children learn, play, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Your

Responsibilities: Support children with their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Assist in planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities.

Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social skills through play-based learning.

Help maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating nursery environment.

Support children with daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and personal care where required.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About

You: Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, school, or childcare setting is desirable.

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is beneficial but not essential.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's development.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, organised, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.

Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
