Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Aspire People is working with several Ofsted Outstanding primary schools in the Loughborough area and is seeking dedicated SEN Primary Teachers to join their inclusive, supportive teams.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, long-term, or short-term roles - we have opportunities to suit your preferences and expertise.

  • Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas
  • Pay: £140 - £185 per day (depending on experience)
  • Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available - immediate or September starts

The Role:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching tailored to pupils with a range of SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)
  • Developing and implementing personalised learning plans and EHCPs
  • Creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
  • Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents/carers
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting strategies to support individual needs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
  • A sound understanding of the national curriculum and SEN best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
