Catering Assistant Are you an experienced catering assistant looking for temporary roles within schools in the Loughborough area Aspire People are recruiting a BANK of catering assistants to carry out temporary assignments within primary and secondary schools in Loughborough. Applicants must have experience in catering and preferably possess relevant catering qualifications ie. Food & Hygiene certificates. Applicants must be readily available for work and be willing to work on a temporary basis. The temporary positions are to start as soon as possible and range from part time to full time hours. Duties of a catering assistant include: « Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic « Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately « Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients « Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts You will be supported by me, Rob Holland.
