Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years professional looking for flexible work within nursery settings? Aspire People are working with a number of welcoming and well-established nurseries across Bedford and the surrounding villages, who are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to support on a supply basis. These roles are ideal for practitioners who enjoy variety, value flexibility, and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where young children can flourish.
About the Nurseries

We are looking for practitioners who:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years

- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
- Are open to ongoing training and professional development
- Have an interest in SEND (desirable but not essential)
Experience within a nursery or Early Years setting is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from newly qualified practitioners or those returning to the sector who are looking to gain experience through supply work.
