Aspire People is recruiting an Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for primary schools in September 2026.
This long-term, full-time role offers consistent 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND across EYFS to KS2.
You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to differentiate activities and promote independence in a caring environment.
Ideal candidates will have recent SEND experience in a UK primary setting, a calm, patient demeanor, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
