About the Role
You will work closely with senior pastoral leaders and the SEND team to promote a culture of high expectations and ensure that students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the academic, social and emotional progress of vulnerable students
- Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEND teams to improve outcomes
- Support attendance, behaviour, rewards and sanctions within your year group
- Contribute to assemblies and year-group initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with parents, carers and external professionals
- Promote consistent routines, expectations and school values

- Experience working in SEND, inclusion or pastoral support roles
- Confident in tracking progress and using data to inform interventions
