We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and proactive School Administrator to support a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools across Shropshire. This position will involve working in different school settings, so flexibility and confidence in adapting to new environments is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing front desk operations and welcoming visitors, parents, and external professionals
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and general office enquiries
- Assisting with safeguarding procedures, including visitor logging and compliance checks
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining pupil data using ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
- Supporting attendance processes, including monitoring and reporting
- Providing day-to-day admin support to leadership teams and teaching staff
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and school communications
- Ensuring all records are accurate, secure, and GDPR compliant

- Practical knowledge of ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
