We are delighted to be recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing school-based nursery in Kidderminster. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive primary school community where children are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 3-4 in our welcoming nursery environment. Working closely with the Nursery Teacher and wider school team, you will help create a safe, engaging and stimulating setting that prepares children for a confident transition into Reception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning through play-based and adult-led activities
  • Provide a warm, caring and inclusive environment
  • Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys
  • Support children's personal, social and emotional development
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS policies
  • Work in partnership with parents and staff

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5
