The Role
As Head of PE, you will:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a committed PE department
- Drive high-quality teaching and learning across KS3, KS4, and KS5

- Line manage PE staff and support their professional development

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified PE teacher (QTS)
- Have strong experience teaching PE across secondary key stages
- Demonstrate leadership potential or proven middle leadership experience
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be passionate about sport, physical health, and student wellbeing
- Have the ability to inspire high levels of participation and achievement
