The Role - As an HLTA, you may be required to: * Support teaching and learning across different year groups. * Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes when required. * Work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning experiences. * Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. * Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively. * Adapt to different school environments and routines. * Contribute positively to the wider school community. What We're Looking For - We're keen to hear from HLTAs who: * Have relevant HLTA experience or equivalent classroom experience. * Are confident leading lessons and managing a classroom. * Have excellent communication and organisational skills. * Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic. * Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. * Have a genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
