Are you an Office Manager with experience in a primary school? It is mandatory that you have Office Manager experience within a school. This is a temporary to permanent basis role between hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm. This school is seeking a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administration, financial, and operational functions.
- Operations & Administration: Supervise daily office administration, including receptionist, reprographic, and secretarial duties.
- Financial & Resource Management: Handle procurement, budget management, and the security of financial resources.
- HR & Compliance: Manage staff recruitment, HR documentation, and school compliance.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among staff, parents, and visitors.
Application Requirements: You will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an enhanced child workforce DBS that will be processed by us but come at a cost of £56 (unless you already have one registered on the update service).
