Aspire People is recruiting for two passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join an Ofsted Outstanding primary school committed to providing children with a world-class education and rich learning experiences. This is a Temp - Permanent position.
About the Role
- Full Time position
- Lead and extend children's learning daily through engaging, hands-on activities.
- Support children in developing their independence and social skills.
- Observe, assess, and plan learning provocations tailored to children's interests and needs.
- Be an integral and positive member of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Relevant First Aid qualification and recent EYFS training.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
- Experience leading learning groups and supporting progress across EYFS or primary curriculum.
- Ability to build supportive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Confident IT skills and administrative experience.
- Experience delivering phonics using schemes like Read-Write Inc. is desirable.
