What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the daily running of the Pre-School
  • Delivering high-quality EYFS provision for children aged 3+
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE approved)
  • At least 2 years' experience within an EYFS setting
  • Confidence in safeguarding, child development and inclusive practice
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine passion for Early Years

Bonus (But Not Essential):

  • Level 4 or 5 qualification
  • DSL, Paediatric First Aid or Forest School training
  • Experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role
