Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new challenge? Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Administrators to work in local Primary and Secondary Schools. It is essential that applicants have previous school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS and/or Arbor. You must also be willing to work on a temporary basis and work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available throughout the school year for varying lengths of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the schools, although this is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Inputting details onto SIMS/Arbor
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Typing letters and memos
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Dealing with parents and pupils
