The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and encourage a love of learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, supporting every child to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school communities.
• Two professional references.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Applications are welcomed from both ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers.
