The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and encourage a love of learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, supporting every child to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school communities.
- Two professional references.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Applications are welcomed from both ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers.
