The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote positive outcomes for children.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A passion for delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- A flexible, positive, and proactive approach.
- The ability to provide two professional references.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
