Aspire People is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a two-form entry primary school in Liverpool.
The role is full-time from January 2026, focusing on delivering phonics and literacy interventions within the KS1 team.
The successful candidate will support planning, assessment and pupil progress, collaborate with SENDCo, and help create inclusive learning environments that promote high expectations and a love of learning.
