Whether you are looking to complete your ECT induction or build confidence across different school settings, we can provide tailored opportunities to support your development and career goals. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a variety of school environments, develop your teaching practice, and establish yourself within local schools while receiving ongoing support every step of the way.
The role:
- Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
- Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and achievement
- Gaining experience across different schools or securing a long-term placement
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification
- ECTs looking to complete their induction or gain further classroom experience
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills (or willingness to develop)
- A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Passion for education and supporting pupil development
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to provide two professional references
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
