The role:

  • Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
  • Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and achievement
  • Gaining experience across different schools or securing a long-term placement

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification
  • ECTs looking to complete their induction or gain further classroom experience
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Passion for education and supporting pupil development
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Ability to provide two professional references
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
