A teaching assistant is needed for an outstanding independent school in Scunthorpe for neurodivergent children aged 7‑19. As a teaching assistant, you will primarily support students with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other complex needs.
Being a teaching assistant at this school, you will become a part of a highly supportive team with exceptional senior leadership and fantastic resources.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
- Working with and supporting students with ASD, ADHD and other needs, such as anxiety or requiring support with communication.
- Providing academic support, either one‑on‑one or in a small group.
