If you're a Psychology graduate who’s curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands‑on experience supporting young people, this one’s for you. We’re looking for kind, thoughtful graduates ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Horncastle. You don’t need extensive experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). This may involve autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and 1:1 encouragement.

What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day.
