Primary Teaching Assistant (General Classroom)
105-110 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work either as a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, supporting children with additional needs, or as a General Classroom Teaching Assistant, helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment for all pupils.
The Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), following individual learning and support plans where required.
- Assist with whole-class activities and provide small-group interventions.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support successful learning.
