Are you an experienced Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant with SEND – Autism and Personal Care experience looking for a new challenge? I am currently recruiting for Schools in SK5, Reddish, Stockport that are looking highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants. I am looking for someone who is passionate about learning and can effective communicator, flexible, reliable, creative, hardworking and who enjoying working with an experienced team. As a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff, so we expect the following; * Have experience working within Primary Schools * Be confident with the Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum * Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification * Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils * Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided * Have the ability to think on your feet * High expectations of learning and behaviour * Hold DBS on the update service We also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
