Aspire People are currently working with a primary school looking to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 from September 2026. The school is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant who can work independently, deliver high-quality interventions, and support pupils to achieve excellent academic progress. The Role:
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
- Delivering focused intervention sessions in English and Maths
- Providing 1:1 and small-group academic support
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment activities
- Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils
- Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
- Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Be confident delivering intervention programmes independently
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be committed to raising pupil achievement
