Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Are you a passionate and proactive Early Years professional looking for a new opportunity? \\n\\nWe are working on behalf of a popular and welcoming Nursery School in Kettering that is seeking a confident and nurturing Childcare Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This setting supports both mainstream and SEND learners, offering a truly inclusive and caring environment.\\n\\nThis is a full-time role, working 5 days a week (8:30am – 4:00pm).

However, strong candidates with relevant experience who are available 3-4 days a week will also be considered.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n* Take the lead as a key worker/key person, including completing leavers reports and maintaining key paperwork.\\n* Build strong relationships with parents and liaise with external bodies when required.\\n* Contribute to the positive and engaging learning environment that supports every child's development.\\n* Demonstrate excellent time management to meet deadlines for reporting and paperwork.\\n* Be adaptable, proactive, and positive in a fast-paced and nurturing setting.\\n* 1 x paid working from home day included for dedicated time to complete paperwork effectively.\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\n* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential).\\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective parent and external agency liaison.\\n* Confidence in managing time, responsibilities, and maintaining high standards of care.\\n* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to adapt to a busy and varied environment.\\n* Experience in SEND is beneficial but not essential.\\n\\nIf you're a passionate childcare practitioner ready to make a real impact in a supportive nursery environment, we want to hear from you!\\n\\nTo apply, send your CV or contact our friendly recruitment team on (phone number removed) for more information.\\n\\nAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
