Are you an experienced Level 2 Primary School Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge in September 2025?!
I am currently recruiting for Primary Schools in Oldham Greater Manchester that are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants. I am looking for someone who is passionate about learning and can effective communicator, flexible, reliable, creative, hardworking and who enjoying working with an experienced team.
As a Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff, so we expect the following;
Have experience working within Primary Schools
Be confident with the Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum
Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils
Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided
Have the ability to think on your feet
High expectations of learning and behaviour
Hold DBS on the update service
We also offer a referral bonus of up to 250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
