Here at Aspire People, we are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Northampton starting in September 2025.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning and emotional support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. Your contribution will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in both one-to-one and small group settings
* Assisting with the planning and delivery of learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
* Supporting personal care and mobility needs where required
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families
The Ideal Candidate:
