Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team. The school is looking for someone with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum who can confidently support pupils across the classroom, deliver interventions, and help raise attainment. The Role
- Supporting the class teacher across the school day
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group intervention sessions
- Supporting pupils across core subjects including Maths, English, and Phonics
- Helping children stay engaged and focused during lessons
- Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
- Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Will hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
- Have a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Be confident delivering intervention sessions
