Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Leicester, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) and offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role:

  • Teaching a Key Stage 1 class on a full-time basis.
  • Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their academic development.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
