Nursery Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Leicester Salary: £100 - £105 per day Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with one of our valued nursery settings in Leicester to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for a full-time position starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing early years environment where you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing during the most important stages of their education.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to create a fun, safe, and engaging setting where every child can flourish.

Key

Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day care and learning of children within the nursery.

Assist with delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage children's independence, confidence, and social development.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Support with daily routines, including mealtimes, play, and outdoor learning.

Candidate: Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting is desirable.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous but not essential.

A genuine passion for supporting children's early development.

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
