Aspire People is recruiting a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant in Leeds to support a welcoming primary school from September. This full-time long-term role offers the chance to gain classroom experience before teacher training, with a trial day for shortlisted applicants.
You will assist in the provision space, support pupils with challenging behaviour or SEN, work across KS1–2 with class teachers, and deliver targeted intervention sessions outside the classroom to raise attainment.
