Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful secondary school in Central Manchester to recruit two Learning Support Assistants for long-term, full-time positions starting in September 2026. We have built an excellent relationship with this multi-academy trust over a number of years and have consistently supplied high-quality candidates across a range of teaching and support staff roles.

Due to continued growth and the school’s commitment to providing exceptional support for all learners, they are now looking to appoint two enthusiastic graduates to join their dedicated support team. This opportunity is ideal for graduates considering a career in education, including aspiring teachers or educational psychologists, who are passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to support students who require additional help accessing the curriculum. You will provide both one-to-one and small group support, helping students build confidence, develop independence, and make excellent academic progress. You will support a diverse cohort of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
