We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our client specialist educational settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEND, helping them thrive in the classroom.
  • Boost confidence by supporting students' emotional, social, and personal development.
  • Implement behavioural strategies to encourage positive learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
  • Help students with personal care needs with dignity and respect.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive environment where students feel valued and confident to learn.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience in SEND education or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Health and Social Care, or related fields (desirable).
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to help students grow and achieve their best.
