Are you a caring and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in their early years? We're looking for dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our team, providing exceptional support across various settings on a day-to-day basis in schools throughout Coventry, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping young learners take their first steps in education. You'll play a vital role in creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' UK Teaching Assistant experience.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- References covering the last two years of employment.
- Reliable transportation to commute across Coventry.
