Aspire People is thrilled to partner with a lovely, welcoming primary school in Northampton to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual to contribute to a nurturing and dynamic learning environment., Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning and development.
Assisting with the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons and activities.
Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, orderly classroom environment.
Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
Encouraging and assisting students in developing social and emotional skills.
Supporting students with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
