We are seeking an Experienced School Premises Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and proactive individual with a strong background in maintenance, health and safety, and facilities management within a school or similar environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the school premises are maintained to a high standard, carrying out routine and reactive maintenance tasks. Oversee the general upkeep of school buildings, grounds, and facilities. Manage and maintain health and safety standards, including carrying out regular risk assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Perform minor repairs and maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting). Set up and clear areas for events, meetings, and activities as required. Liaise with contractors for more complex repairs and maintenance. Maintain records related to building maintenance and health and safety inspections.
