Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the B92 area of Solihull from September 2026. This is a full teaching responsibility role, ideal for an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking to take ownership of a KS2 class within a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Full class teacher responsibilities within Key Stage 2.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
