Aspire People are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the B14 area of Birmingham from September 2026. This is a full-time position with full class responsibility, offering an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role

  • Full planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging KS2 lessons.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
  • Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring pupils.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational abilities.
