KS1 Teachers – Long-Term Roles in Northampton Aspire People

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: 120 – 180 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

Aspire People is working closely with a number of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools across the area who are looking for experienced and enthusiastic KS1 teachers for long-term roles starting this September.

The Role:
Teaching a Year 1 or Year 2 class in a supportive and collaborative school

Delivering the national curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm

Supporting children\’s progress and development through engaging learning

Collaborating with other staff and parents to provide a positive school experience

What We\’re Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching in a UK KS1 classroom

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A genuine passion for early years and primary education
