What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with special educational needs.
  • Work with teachers to create tailored learning plans and strategies.
  • Support students in developing independence and self‑regulation skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with SEN children, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature with the ability to build trust and rapport with children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent).
