The Role - Primary Supply Teacher
You will provide classroom cover across a range of local primary schools, delivering engaging lessons and ensuring continuity of learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range.
- Following lesson plans and the National Curriculum.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups and teaching environments.
- Supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Availability for supply work throughout the Monday-Friday school week.
- Flexibility to travel across Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
