Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 2 to 21 with a range of complex needs in Yardley, Birmingham.

You will work in a specialist setting, providing tailored assistance in classrooms and targeted interventions to promote inclusion and learning.

Key duties include supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, and learning disabilities, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping develop social skills and independence.
