Aspire People is recruiting a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Yardley, starting 1st September 2026. You will help pupils access learning across the primary age range and work with the class teacher to support engagement and learning. The role requires a calm, patient approach and confidence working with pupils with behavioural needs and SEND/SEMH requirements. You’ll contribute to positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families in a supportive school.
