Aspire People are recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) for primary schools across Leicestershire, offering both full‑time and part‑time positions to fit around school hours (08:30–15:30).
As an HLTA you will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support across year groups.
- Run one‑to‑one and small group interventions.
- Assist with planning, preparation and assessment.
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
