Full Time, Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm | Primary School with High SEND Need

Start making a real difference in children’s lives! We are seeking a dedicated, qualified HLTA to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy school environment, has experience supporting children with high SEND needs, and is confident in managing strong behaviour support. Please note: Only applicants with an HLTA qualification will be considered.

About the Role

  • Lead and deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs.
  • Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure all children can thrive academically and socially.
  • Be a role model for children, supporting their behaviour, wellbeing, and development.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a valid HLTA qualification (essential)
  • Has experience in a primary school setting, ideally with high SEND provision
  • Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes
  • Is passionate about working with children and supporting their growth
  • Works well as part of a team and takes initiative
