Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA or Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong phonics intervention experience to join a welcoming primary school in North Liverpool from September 2026.
You will deliver phonics and literacy interventions, lead groups independently, and work with teachers and the SENDCo to monitor progress, helping pupils build confidence and reading skills in a supportive environment.
