Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Rate of Pay: 105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Start: Immediate
Aspire People are working in close partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified HLTA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a real impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting pupils with their learning across various age groups
- Leading small group interventions and supporting SEN pupils when needed
- Collaborating with teachers to assess pupil progress and development
- Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications
- A recognised HLTA qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience working in UK primary schools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead whole-class sessions
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
