Aspire People are currently supporting a thriving primary school in Hinckley with their search for a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the classroom.

The Role Involves:

Delivering high-quality lessons when teachers are absent or during PPA time

Supporting class teachers with planning and pupil progress tracking

Leading targeted intervention sessions with small groups

Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Working collaboratively with staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (essential)

Has experience working in UK primary schools

Can confidently lead whole-class teaching when needed

Demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, and initiative

Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and classroom practice
