Are you a qualified HLTA looking for your next role in a supportive and vibrant school environment? Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with a lovely primary school in Coalville that is looking to welcome an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to their team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position supporting teaching and learning across all key stages within the primary setting. You will be working closely with teachers, delivering lessons when required, and playing a vital role in pupil progress.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
Stepping in to lead classes during teacher absence or PPA time
Supporting individual and group learning activities
Helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Assisting in the monitoring and assessment of pupils\β development
Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom
Who We\βre Looking For:
A fully qualified HLTA (certificate required)
Previous experience in a UK primary school setting is essential
A confident communicator and classroom leader
Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil success
