English Teacher in Hinckley

Overview

Are you a qualified and passionate English teacher based in Leicestershire looking for a new opportunity? This long‑term position starts February half‑term until Summer. Responsibilities

• Teach English to KS3.
• Have detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
• Assess, mark and plan lessons.
• Assess achievements of pupils.

Qualifications

• UK QTS/QTLS/FE equivalent.
• Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial).
• An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
